Dell. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I finally got somewhere with them. My best friend P got through to a very important person and passed on her name to me. This lady effectively and swiftly took care of both our problems.

I do have to say though, that my problem isn't completely solved, in that they are crediting the credit card with which we paid. It has been over a year since we bought our computer, and we have since canceled that credit card. We have to wait for the credit card company to let Dell know that we canceled it, then Dell is supposedly going to send us a check.

I am slightly skeptical that we will ever see a check. But, my friend P got what the lady promised her. So, we will see.
