Tonight, after choir, was a farewell time for our church's organist. She is retiring after 23 years of service at our church. She is retiring mainly because she is having hand surgery in July. Since her hands are rather important for playing an organ, she needs to take time off, and I guess decided it was time to take time off permanently. She plays beautifully and has been very faithful in her playing. She will be missed.
