A happy boy

I bought a package of C batteries. And Josh is a happy boy.

You see, most of his trucks run on C batteries. And three have been silent for a few weeks. Until today. Today they got new batteries and my boy is almost as happy as when he first got the trucks.

The house is shrouded in as much darkness as the curtains allow and the trucks are making their noises and Josh is driving about with Thomas the Train, his Hess firetruck and his Sunoco racecar carrying tractor trailer.

He also has every other truck, car and vehicle he owns spilled out on the living room floor.
