We went to look at a house on Saturday. I thought it was the house. Then on Sunday, we went to an open house of acquaintances of ours.

I was wrong. I think this is the house. The main difference is the location. It is a better neighborhood. It is in a residential area, and there is an elementary school just down the block. The first house was in a more business area.

There is some work we would do, but it is in good living condition.
